Madeline Riggs serves as the Office Coordinator, where she plays a key
role in keeping operations organized and running smoothly. She manages
scheduling, coordinates meetings, and ensures clear communication across all
areas of the business. Madeline is highly detail-oriented and brings a strong
foundation in communication and organization to her role. She holds a bachelor’s
degree in Allied Health from Texas A&M University, along with associate degrees
in Liberal Arts and Kinesiology from Blinn College. She is passionate about

Robert C. White is a nationally respected law enforcement leader with more than four decades of experience leading and developing police professionals. He served as Chief of the Denver Police Department and previously led the Louisville Metro Police Department and the Greensboro Police Department, having risen to senior leadership within the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia. Throughout his career, Chief White has focused on developing strong leaders, mentoring officers, and strengthening professional policing. His extensive executive experience and practical leadership perspective make him a highly effective coach, instructor, and for current and emerging law enforcement leaders.

Having led large departments, managed complex operations, and navigated high-profile public-safety issues, he brings a depth of perspective that makes him an exceptional coach, instructor, and operational process assessment advisor to law-enforcement professionals.
Ellie was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria and moved to the US at the age of 16. She completed high school and went on to El Camino College. After she received an associate degree, she transferred to University of California, Berkeley, where she majored in English. She received a master’s degree and then a doctorate degree in Higher Education Leadership from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, Ellie holds certification as a futurist and innovation leader.
She worked for ten years in the private sector as an operations manager and process improvement specialist before joining the California State University (CSU) system in 2010 to lead seven campus departments. In 2016, she joined the CSU Chancellor’s Office as a Sr. Advisory Consultant serving the 23 campus leadership teams in a wide variety of consulting engagements.
Additionally, Ellie also worked for the City of Ontario as their Director of Innovation and developed several successful small businesses. In her free time, she loves to travel with her family.
